The grassland climate gets 10 to 30 inches of rain fall each year. This is just enough moisture to keep from forming a desert. Its climates can be moist, continental, or dry subtropical climates. Its cold winters can go as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit and its hot summers can go as high as 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
